HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?


While we strive to do our best, we recognize that not everything you purchase from us will turn out exactly the way you intended. In the event you find yourself in need of returning an item, please contact our customer service department via email (customerservice@acesarmory.com). Our customer service department will contact you as soon as possible to begin the process.


All non-defective returns will incur a 15% stocking fee. You MUST contact AcesArmory.com prior to sending us your item for return. Any returned merchandise must be returned in working, saleable condition to qualify for a refund. Items not regularly stocked by Ace's Armory may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, even if you cancel your order before the items are shipped to you.
