How do I return an item?


We understand that sometimes you need to return an item to a retailer. Contact our customer service department (customerservice@acesarmory.com) who will create a return case and RMA# to help you get your item to us.

All non-defective returns will incur a 15% stocking fee. You MUST contact AcesArmory.com prior to sending us your item for return. Any returned merchandise must be in received in saleable condition. Items not regularly stocked by Ace's Armory may be subject to 15% stocking fee, even if you cancel your order before the items are shipped to you.
